Works as intended
I was able to use this to remove my SD card tray from my S7 to my new S9.

Not a glitch. ;-)
I needed a new tray because I bent the original while putting it back into the phone. This tray was perfect for my Samsung S7, also had the pin needed to open the slot for the sim card.

we were in a pickle! My daughter needed to fix her phone slot on a time crunch and these guys really pulled through. so grateful.

Disappointed
It looked like the right item. It was for the phone i had and the model number phone but it dident fit. I even shaved it down alot and still couldent get it into my phone past the top quarter part of it.. unfortuantly it was like that with 2 phones

I bought this, took it and my phone to the tech guys and they replaced it, bc mine was stuck in my phone! They replaced it with no issuses and all is well
