When you speak with medical guardian, and they try to set you up with your credit card payment your monthly service it’s not what the representatives from the week before told you what the course is going to be the woman who we spoke with for the sign up for the monthly payment did all the credit card first and then started talking about add-ons. That is not the proper way of doing it more importantly, the volume level on the mini is so low no one including the older person who was going to be wearing this could not even hear it whatsoever. Neither could we not a good unit to say the least

We are paying extra for "Fall Protection" & mom's fallen "4" times & her necklace didn't go off. So I don't recommend paying for that but the necklace is ok.

Impossible to Activate. Lots of calls, waiting, and transfers to “Amazon Activation” that didn’t allow activation. One representative thought device was already activated for David in New York and worked to allow my mom to activate and we were disconnected. Another representative told us device was tied to another account and couldn’t activate it. I don’t trust that this disorganized of a company will bring up right account in an emergency and route emergency services to correct address. Hopefully this review helps you to avoid wasting your time.
