Q: Why is there a warning label on the back of the box that says "cancer and reproductive harm"? now i'm afraid to eat these. someone please explain.

I think that warning refers to the paint used on the outside of the tin. The cakes are sealed in plastic, inside the unpainted interior of the tin. You have nothing to worry about.
