Great way to substitute traditional way of taking minerals
Calcium/ magnesium pills are Big and Chalky and i always funds them difficult swallow! I love the idea of just using this cream twice a day!! However I do not know how much Calcium I am getting as it is not clear from the bottle or the product description!!! Nice cream, small bottle!! Also no sure if this can be a full substitute of the normal pills.

It's a breeze to use!
Much rather use topical vitamin creams vs. swallowing large pills, and pills that burn my sensitive stomach.

Doesn't specify how much of the minerals you get
As a lotion to apply, it's fine. It states to apply to the inner wrist, I assume for absorption, but can you really absorb calcium through the skin? I couldn't find anything that indicates you can or at least not in great amounts. Maybe that's why they don't list how much calcium is in each dose because it doesn't matter? There's conflicting evidence for magnesium as well. If you've found research that indicates that calcium and magnesium can be absorbed through the skin via a lotion, and it sounds convincing and able to address the reasons why others say (magnesium at least) can't be absorbed through the skin, then go for it. If you're deficient in Magnesium or calcium, a supplement might be the better way to go.

Easy to apply, non-sticky.
Easy to apply. I’m currently using a bone stimulator for a tibia break, and wanted a non- pill form of calcium. So far, so good.

Nice magnesium lotion
I love using a magnesium lotion on my feet before bed, it helps me sleep better. I've been making my own for a while because it gets too costly to keep buying it. This is a nice little container of lotion and I like that it has added calcium in it. I will alternate this with the two others that I currently use (my homemade and a natural one from Lemongrass Spa). Magnesium relaxes muscles when applied topically so this is also good for using on tense shoulders or other areas. Unscented. Absorbs quickly.

How much!
I take magnesium orally almost every day and sometimes still need more when I have sore muscles or leg cramps. My got to is Mo' Maggie magnesium lotion which contains 250 mg of magnesium per 1 tsp. I can feel the tingle when I apply it and it gives me immediate relief. This lotion sounds good too but gives you no information on how much of anything that is in it. Supposedly it is a "multivitamin skin lotion" but without any ideas of dosages it's easy to say without backing anything up. It goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly, but I haven't noticed any difference after taking it. Also, it is worth noting that this is a small bottle compared to other companies and what they offer with their magnesium lotions, most give you 8 fl ounces. I am not sure what they are really promoting here? They call this a magnesium plus vitamin D product but then talk about other vitamins as well? Strange.
