I started taking this product a little over 2 weeks ago. The first week, it did nothing. The second week, holy cow, it kicked in. I only needed to lose 2 very stubborn pounds that I have been trying to bust for a year. This took 3 off in a week. I did not necessarily notice a decrease in appetite.
