Came with everything you'll need but I'd suggest using a vacuum/motorized pump if you don't have the arm/leg strength. My sister was not mobile enough to make it to the second story to bathe so we set this up in the kitchen and used it as a bathtub. ONE THING TO NOTE... if you use this in a home make sure the floor is the first floor and hopefully concrete. Water is very heavy and this could easily fall through a floor once filled with water. The size is quite large. It's perfectly long and narrow and can easily fit someone 6ft. We made some modifications like adding a longer hose in order to drain out to the yard. I also recommend wiping down the tub with cleaner and dry towels to reduce the chance of mildew immediately after use.

Overall this product works great for my father who is unable to get into our regular tub/shower. I have not used the shower bag or foot pump as we hooked up a full shower head to a water source and a large air pump.One negative is that the bottom does not inflate. We have a thick yoga mat we use underneath and that works well. Drain and drain hose are stiff and hard to manipulate for draining. The top ring has deflated a little each week.

The item arrived quickly but did not include the shower bag or drain hose. This would work for a hospital bed that can tilt forward and back. Ours only tilts back so I could not get the water to flow to the drain area. I would invest in an electric pump if using this often, takes a while to pump with the foor pump.

This came so quick. It was just as the reviews stated. My daughter enjoyed it and relaxed well. I would recommend any family with a disabled person. Easy to take down also.

Didn't work

I wanted to like this product and perhaps with the right equipment it would have worked in my home. However, my husband and I could not configure it in such a way that water would drain out effectively (important to note that the room we’d use it in did not have a water line).
