Does NOT fit the average hair dryer! I had to fight like hell to get it onto mine & now that it's on, I know if I take it off it will be another fight next time I want to use it. Disappointing, but I suppose I didn't really expect too much given the price.

Definitely does NOT fit the bigger hair dryers. I tried for 10 minutes and it never worked. Had to return it

I bought this diffuser for my Dyson Airwrap and did a vlog on it. The opening for the dryer attachment is approx 2.5", and the airflow side is approx 5". Overall, it's good quality and works well.

This was an awesome find. I've used it once and had great results. Because this is silicone and flexible at the connecting end, it fits securely on my Airwrap. The advanced temperature selection and real "cold shot" features of the Dyson give better results than a regular dryer with diffuser, imo. Technique that works well for me: Place diffuser onto hair with dryer off. Turn on (I used medium speed, medium heat). Hold until scalp is almost hot, then cold shot until entire area feels cool. Turn off again, repeat next section. I have fine hair that is easy to frizz, and find this technique best for this.

I’m so happy with this diffuser. It dries my hair quickly and leaves my waves intact. I will say that it took me two nights of fighting to get it on my hair dryer though. If your dryer is fatter like mine, here’s what worked for me: I cut off the extra “fins” inside the attachment end and then heated the end with my hair dryer to make it stretchier. I finally got it on there and it hasn’t budged since. Worth the work!
