I was truly disappointed because I had to return it but it was really poor quality, the heat did not work, the massage threads never touched my hand.

Very cheaply made, but you get what you pay for. Its very comfortable since I use my hands primarily in my career. Has some interesting settings, and the instructions are vague. 30.00 is the new 5.00 these days. Vibrating doesn't work very well. It works when it does and when it doesn't, oh well.

My wife has been very happy with the hand massager.

I bought this for my 90 year old Mother she really likes it she uses it everyday. She says it really helps the pain in her hands.
