Decent, not great. Wouldn’t buy again.
The threads on the canister cap cross treaded on the third use. The material used to make the cap is as soft as lead. And the spacing on the threads is not as well designed or manufactured as the rest of the product. Given the two pieces that failed are easily replaceable, this isn’t a huge issue. A trip to the local hardware store and a few pneumatic tool parts later, it works just fine. Spend the extra money and get a better quality cream whipper.

Aluminum cracker no Bueno...
I like the design. Only thing I really, really am disappointed by is the aluminum material that the cracker tube is mAde of. I used it a total of four times and it started cross threading to where the adapter would not accept any more cArtridges. Any good whippet cracker is stainless steel. Can I get a replacement of the at least the two parts that hold the cartridge?

Good Product
The product worked flawlessly out of the box. We had fresh Whipped cream in less than 10 minutes. The only thing is that at least 1 CO cartridge should come with it. I was lucky to have one in the garage.

Not Very Durable
I really loved this product but it stopped working after about 2 months.

Super sturdy!
Went on a limb for this one over the more "commercial" labeled models on the site. This turned out to be sturdier than ones I've worked with at coffee shops. I recommend this product as it's heft is telling.If you are looking for something light weight you may want to look elsewhere

Difficult to charge.
The charger is difficult to charge. It hurt my hand. I would not recommend this item. You get what you pay for, and this is just not worth the money spent.

Broke after 150 uses
No longer would puncture the N02 cartridges when screwing them in. I would avoid for heavy usage. As stated in title stopped working around 150 uses.
