Should this quality remain consistent, you have my loyalty! :)I have ordered from this same seller on multiple occasions. I have always ordered from Value Color because the product I was receiving never failed to deliver high quality prints. My last order, I received different cartridges than pictured and previously received. These new cartridges spit and drug ink on my papers. One cartridge made an awful squealing sound every time I printed. Two of the cartridges even triggered a defect on my printer! Not even Tech Support could fix it :(

I have been ordering this toner for my office printer and this is the 3rd time reordering. 2 cartridges come in 1 box and even though I print a lot, it lasts a long time before I have to replace the cartridge and I really print A LOT. As long as this is sold on Amazon, I would most likely continue to reorder each time I need to. It is slightly pricey but the price, for me, is worth the purchase. It definitely does the job.

I just opened cartridges that I purchased in December (outside of the listed return window by 10 days) and the ink is leaking on the inside. I believe it is a wiper blade. This is causing black streaking on my copies. I reached out for help and have sent pictures. The most recent response received stated to open a case with Amazon customer service. Simply want a replacement for the faulty parts. I will have to look into alternative toners.

The first toner only lasted about 2 packs of paper - also skewed the print on the paper. One I put in the 2nd cartridge the skew went away and the print is fine so far on the 2nd cartridge but only on the first 50 prints so far.

I bought these since they are about a quarter of the price for the HP toner. These cartridges work just as good as the HP cartridges. I will say that they are better because the do the same job and same quality for a fraction of the cost.

i ordered 2 boxes of 2 cartridges. There was black powdered ink in the first box I opened. I opened one of the cartridges and put in the printer. It did not work. I opened the second cartridge and there was black powdered ink all over the cartridge and in the pouch it came in. I opened the second box and placed one of the cartridges in the printer. It works, but the print is very light....more so on the left side. I am returning 1 box with two cartridges that do not work. I will return the second box if the ink runs out too fast and the second cartridge is faulty as well. I used your company before and had no problems. I am now very hesitant to order again.

really surprised at quality and price. i have stoped spending hundreds on a single cartridge from OEM. This has similar quality and the hundreds being saved could go to wards a newer/updated printer should it stop working due to non-oem cartridges as we are often warned about.

These were purchased for a very picky HP printer and it didn't go well at first as the printer refused to recognize the cartridge. Contact with the vendor resulted in an easy fix and so now we are printing up a storm. Two thumbs up.
