Q: Can it wall charge on 110 and 220 volts? What about from the car - 12 volts?

Do not under any circumstances leave this charging in your car window unattended. Likely you will come back to your vehicle on fire. Lithium batters are highly volatile in direct sun and high vehicle temps. On the main topic I've charged mine from 110 or using a 220 adaptor. I've even charged it from my USB ports I installed in my vehicle.

I have found that i can charge anything with this. As long as the item you are charging comes with a usb style charger.

Have not tried a laptop. I have successfully charged my phone and Kindle but it takes 4-5 hours. I have not been able to fully charge the the built-in battery with solar.
