The headtube was dented around the top headset bearing seat, preventing installation of the headset, and making the frame useless.Close inspection reveals it probably came from the factory this way and somehow got through quality control. It appears to not be shipping damage, because the metal is rough under the paint, meaning it was probably dropped before it was even painted.
