Update: I literally use these everyday on my flat belly diet. I make 12 breakfast egg muffins and freeze half right in the silicone cups (in a food prep container). Every morning, I wrap two (one for me and one for my husband) gourmet egg muffins in parchment/wax paper (still in the silicone cups) and I microwave them for 60 seconds. They are holding up perfectly. Six of them fit perfectly in my food prep containers. I like them so much that I ordered a second set.These are nice and make it easier to remove my egg muffins, easy to clean my muffin pan and easy to rinse them out when done. My husband made me find a set that didn’t have girly colors, so I chose the green and they are so cute and fun to use. They fit standard size muffin pan.The best part is that I always have muffin cups and never run out!

These work great! No spray needed. Muffins pop right out, they wash up so easily!You don’t even need a muffin pan! Just set them on a baking tray, fill and bake.Beautiful color too!
