I originally bought this for a 40 gallon and it worked great in there. It is now in a 55 gallon and as you can imagine, it's not the full length but it still works. Though some bubbles don't come out of all the holes it still works great as a bubbler. The lights on it are also great. Very bright and pretty.

I like the lighting options, very bright and vibrant! Had it in my tank for over a month now and no problems yet. Suction cups work, although I've had to push them down a few times. One thing that does not work as well as expected is the bubbles, they do not bubble as evenly as shown in the picture. I only have the maximum of about 60 % holes bubbling at any given time, even at max air output.One can argue i may not have the most powerful air bubbler, but i don't have any issues with it powering 4 other airstones.Also, shipping takes a while as it came from overseas.

The media could not be loaded. Recently decided to move our 30G tank into another room, and in that did a little redecorating for our aquatic friends! Picked out this light bubbler (going from a smaller disc one and an air stone), got the 20” and upgraded to a 10W pump along with it. Love how it looks and operates. Can’t speak to the longevity yet (I’ll update if it falters) but this is a beautiful add and everyone seems happy!

I bought the wrong size and ordered a new one before I checked this one out. The air bubbles only come out of half the strip. The remote only works some of the time. Decent color and nice light colors. It’s ok for the money, just wish the air bubbles came out of all the strip. Also I had to change the tubing to get any bubbles to come out at all. I hope the smaller size one I ordered works better.

Pro's: The remote works great and there is a great variety of lighting colors to choose from. Easy installation.Con's:-The suction cups don't hold very well at all. I have to put my hand in the tank once a day to press the suctionscups down so that they'll reattach. Otherwise the entire piece will float to the top of the tank and blow water into the lid of the aquarium.-I did as some had suggested in previous reviews and plugged the strip in before placing it in the aquarium to help ensure there would be no clogging. The bubbles were great at first but after only a week there were only around 5 strands working. I've tried wiping off the strip too. It's not the end of the world but it sure was cooler looking when all of them were functioning.-I was surprised by how loud this item is. I've gotten used to the sound but I don't know that it's good for my fish.Overall I'm not happy with the product. It wasn't cheap and certainly not worth the money that I spent on it. I plan to get rid of it and find another item of better quality.

The light works great. The bubbles not so much. There was only one hole that let bubbles out. I checked all the other holes and poked them with a pin and they still don’t work.

It took a while to get the bubbler functioning properly, probably about a week. I initially had to play with the angle of it to get bubbles to come out of every orifice. Now at 2 months in I no longer have to play with the angle, it seems to work fine even when the bubbler gets moved.My fish tend to like the lighting from the bubbler more than the lighting from the overhead LED lights. They tend to come out more when only the LED from the bubbler is on.The 20" bubbler is the perfect size for my 29 gallon tank. It comes right up to the filter, but not so far that it effects its function.The only downfall so far is that the suction cups let go every 2 weeks or so and I have to reach in to readjust it's position.
