Nice, malleable ear plugs do the job.
I love these earplugs. I’ve been using them for quite some time. They are wax and mold to your ears nicely. I usually use one pair for a short time and then set that pair aside in the plastic storage container after they lose some size. Then I wear a second pair until they become smaller. At that point, I roll one of each pair together to make two larger plugs and use those until they get old and dirty and begin to harden. A couple of pairs can last a long time if you use them carefully. They are much better than fixed size hard plastic ear plugs because you can mold them to fit your individual ears. I’ve used ear plugs for at least 45 years and these are the best I’ve found for my needs. They are easy to insert and remove, do a good job of keeping most regular noise down (I use them to help keep it quiet for sleeping) and last for a long time if you take care of them and store the ones you are using in the plastic cube many of the boxes of plugs come with. As I said, I’ve been using these for quite some time. Years ago I used Flents Ear Stopples which were similar to these, but then they changed what they were made of and the Flents lost their malleability. I thought I would never find ear plugs as good as the old Flents, but these are equal or better. I also tried Quies, but they aren’t nearly as good as these, but might be useable in an emergency. I simply don’t have any use for any of the ear plugs that are hard plastic with one or more umbrella type heads on them. They are too much work and invariably cause pain due to their common problem of cutting off blood flow or digging in to the ear. Nope the OHROPAX are the best for my needs.

So comfortable and noise reducing!
I've been using this brand for many years. Easy to use. Just warm them in your hand for a few minutes and they fit perfectly into the ear. Do not push them too far in, just mold them to the outside and they work perfectly and comfortably.

These work great!
I go to Heavy Metal Concerts and camp at the end of commercial jet runways. These work great! I can sleep through some of the loudest noises. They conform to and stay in the ear.

The best!
These waxed earplugs are the best to muffle noise while sleeping and great for swimming.

Still no perfect earplug, but close
I have small ears. In-ear headphones fall out of them while I'm watching netflix and earplugs end up on the pillow or the floor. So I began using wax earplugs a few years ago, first the Quies and then these. I will compare them to each other. The Quies seem to require that you spend a fair amount of time and effort in removing every little fiber of the cotton wool that covers them in order for them to stay in your ears. They can be made to last a couple of weeks, but then they lose their "stickiness" and begin to fall out during the night. I would rate them a 3.5, as I have found the Ohropax to be slightly better. The Ohropax earplugs also have a cotton wool that protects them and which must be removed. Leaving some showing and just removing that which comes off easily seems to be enough to make them usable for three weeks. The Quies require much more time-consuming removal of every little shred of cotton in order for them to last that long. Here's how I use and extend the life of my Ohropax earplugs. When I start a new pair, I remove as much of the cotton as I reasonably can without driving myself crazy. I then clean the outside of my ears with a q-tip of keelenx, to remove any wax (sorry) that would keep them from staying in. I then form them into little points and gently place them a little bit inside but mostly outside, my ear, flattening them against the outside of my ear. This is effective in blocking much of the ambient noise that usually wakes me at night, such as neighbors downstairs walking in hard soled shoes, etc. In the morning, I return the earplugs to the little plastic box in which they came so that they stay dust-free. I believe this helps make them last longer. I hope this review guides you to the best earplugs for you and helps you get a good night's sleep.

Earplugs work well, no carrying case
The earplugs are good and work well. The travel carrying case pictured has never been delivered. I ordered from this company because I wanted everything they promised, but am disappointed.

I use ear plugs every night, i sleep deeply but if something wakes me then i find it hard to settle again. I only use Wax Ear Plugs because of the fit and the noise blocking power. Until recently i have relied on my Turkish In-Laws to send a Turkish brand to me. However, these Ohropax earplugs are my new favorites, by a long shot! I have got well over a month out of my first pair... and they are still going strong. The Cotton cover is a small bother but a non-issue after the first few nights. They are HUGE and if anything they would do better being 2/3 the size. I highly recommend.
