California Nut Company Organic Raw Pistachios Kernels (No shell, Unsalted), Excellent Quality Simply Just Taste Organic, 1 LB

I was impressed with these nuts. If you are used to roasted and heavily salted grocery-store pistachios, these nuts may taste a bit bland and unexpectedly sweet to you. However, the package I received was sweet and fresh - I can detect rancid oils at fifty paces, and these were definitely neither rancid nor stale. The nuts were subtle and perfect. I ordered a second bag when the first was almost gone.The package is labeled "organic," which means that 95% of the contents must be organic. The only ingredient listed is "organic pistachios." Which agency performed the organic certification is not specified, nor is it required to be - I imagine the California Nut Company could give you more information about their organic certification.I have not been able to find any other raw, unsalted, organic pistachios on amazon. I decided to write this review when I saw that these were no longer available and that a few other reviews were more negative than I thought merited by the clear high quality of the product.

Okay but the pistatios were a little soft.size is small. OKAY.

My goal is to eat only organic - but wonder why the big price difference?

Nuts are good and tasty

The package looks as though it was on the floor and kicked around a lot....then they picked it off the floor and mailed it to me. $34.99 for one pound of pistachios(shelled) I expected a real treat, instead I overpaid for a pound of stale pistachios and I can’t return them according to Amazon. I will never order these again!!!!

Really great for snacking.

Pistachios were quality fresh, and mostly uniform in size, and perfect for various baked goods.

I am disappointed because the nuts are stale!
