I have enjoyed this massager. I have used it about 4 times since I got it. I enjoy the heat feature, the cordless feature, and the feature where you can change the intensity and mode of the massage. I have to do the lowest intensity and that really helps with my neck and shoulders. I enjoy the handles that you hold on to. The battery so far seems to last great for me.

Does what it is advertised to do. Great for personal use if you don’t have someone to massage you or go to an actual Masseuse. I Also appreciate how it’s compact and portable. This treats exactly the spot as shown in the pictures. It does get very deep in the top of the shoulder area below the base of neck but misses a key spot for me which is about an inch or two lower. So it simulates tiny hands vs normal to large. IMHO I think it’s lacking in pressure on the neck. I couldn’t manage to manipulate the positioning of it to get it to go deeper in that area. You cannot use it anywhere else on your back effectively, you can barely feel it. Therefore it does not replace my much larger and pricier plug in shiatsu shoulder massager that I can use up and down my spine. I’ve seen these things on TikTok for a while now and was very curious. For the price point I think I will keep it and just use it separately as part of a multi device massage therapy session. An all in one would be great but I can’t afford a massage chair, lol.

This is a great product! I love the ease of use. The cordless feature is great so I can use it anywhere. This is a very deep massage. I was surprised but it massages very hard and took me a bit to get used to. But it works great. The only thing I would change is better battery life or maybe let it work when plugged in in charging mode. Very good price compared to similar products. No noise and very light.

If you like it, at all, when someone reaches onto the back of your neck, and the top of your shoulders, and starts to give you a massage…then, with no doubt in my mind, I will tell you that you will like this Snailax Neck/Shoulder Massager! It has adjustable settings, including heat, that allow you to vary the level, and character, of massage you can get. It’s rechargeable via a included USB wire so that you can walk around with this thing massaging you with no worries of having to be stationary near an electrical outlet. You can simply hold it in place, and therefore pull on it to get an even deeper, more intense massage, moving it around to get directly on a “trouble” spot, or just connect the included strap around your back to hold it in place, and let it do it’s magic. It really works the muscles of your neck, and upper shoulders, in such a way that you will know you’ve had a good massage. For the price, especially if on sale, or a coupon is included, it’s a real deal. I’m very pleased with it, and if you decide to give it a try, I bet you will be too!

The product was well made and was delivered quickly. I've been dealing with neck pain for the last 6 months and have tried everything from PT to dry needling and was so hopeful this massager would help reduce the tightness. I charged it up and then tried it. I was disappointed because it hurt so much that I couldn't leave it on for even 10 minutes. Mine might be an unusual case so you might still want to try it. The return process through Amazon was painless.

The mode can be changed, so I usually try all of them in one session. The heat works well, I like to lower the heat by pressing the second button twice. The first button changes the squeeze speed from slow to fast. The third button switches between different modes. It purrs like a cat, but after some use it occasionally makes some squeaky-leather sound, that's why it received one star less. Also, the bottom legs have a harder grip, so I like to use a soft towel underneath. I use the hand loops to move the massager around my back and neck, but I don't use the center strap much. Overall a very pleasant massaging experience. I got it for myself, but my husband uses it too.
