Excellent for softening and evening out feet.
Really pleasantly surprised with this one. I have had tough thick slightly-orange patches on my feet for a while (not to a huge extent but still noticeable) which has bothered me but I've been reluctant to use removal methods like the grater-style files and none of the various creams and lotions have worked. When my feet started peeling about a week ago, I figured it was time to shed the older skin and regain soft and healthy feet.This electric file has been fabulous! Firstly, I love that you can operate it from just a mains cable if you need to; I thought the power was a little low to start with but actually it's just right, means you avoid damaging your skin. I'm about 4 days into daily filing now and have much healthier looking and feeling feet. The oranginess on the tougher parts has started to disappear, they feel noticeably more smooth and even, they are much more sensitive to touch (great as someone who adores walking barefoot and foot massages), and they seem less prone to smelling.I have been using this twice daily with the coarse roller (the fine one I will use once I'm soft to maintain), followed by a rinse, dry and moisturise.Having the storage bag will be handy but since I've been using it daily so far, I've not used the bag yet.Best personal care item I have bought this year.

Really works
After the first couple of days, I thought that this had failed. My feet didn't seem to be peeling, and felt no different to usual, however day 4 the peeling started and continued to over the next couple of days. I would give people two warnings about this, firstly be careful when wearing the 'socks' they are very slippery to walk around in and secondly do not exceed the recommended time to leave on (1 hour), I left on one pair for 12 hours and the next day the full foot area peeled severely.

Hard skin removal from feet.
This little gadget really does what it says on the tin.I was really impressed with the speed, it is much more powerful than other machines of its type when used with its mains power source.Also this means no gradual loss of power while using it, unlike using battery operated ones.I cannot advise what it is like when using it with batteries as I have not used it that way yet.I love the fact that the rollers can be washed which is hygienic but must also help to prolong the life of the rollers.So far it has proved to be the best of the 3 different ones I have tried.Would definitely recommend.Downside for the future (as it comes with 3 rollers, 1 course & 2 fine) is that so far I have been unable to find out where to purchase replacement rollers, but I am hoping by the time I need them they will be readily available.

I had a battery operated one which finally gave up on me. I decided to take this one based on the fact that you can run it either by battery or electricity and the good reviews. Great little gadget and whilst using plugged in it does not lose power like the battery operated ones. At first I thought the foot file was rather large to hold in my little hand (I am only 5ft tall with small hands) but I have got used to it within a few days. All in all very happy with product

This foot file was just what I needed to effectively remove the hard skin on my feet with minimum fussA few 10 min sessions were all that was needed to make my feet feel comfy againI think the mains power is really important ; I prefer to run devices like this from the mains rather than batteries.the rollers are hard wearing too

I don't like it, I LOVE IT!!!
I am so so happy that I bought this hard skin remover, it works so well and now the hard skin on my foot no longer exist, so easy to use and leave my skin nice and smooth. I also use it for my fingers' hard skin round the nails, perfect tool that save me fortune going to the nail shop for pedicure, You can use it on AC just plug it in the socket or batteries, highly recommend it!

Good product, B UT!
Excellent product as said in my original review. BUT!! I sent an email asking if they can supply the "fine finishing rollers" on the 24 October, but have not had a reply. It seems once you buy, they are not interested. Never had this attitude from China before, expected better, even if just to say "no". Very disappointed.

works well
This product works well and has already made my feed a lot better. I am diabetic and am very careful of my feet and only use it for a few minutes at a time but it still works well. Have not used it with batteries yet.
