Can't tighten ankle strap tight enough to keep the shoe stable on the foot. Sorry but 8d have to say they are slight seconds due to not being stable on the foot. Surely it can't have passed QC

So comfy! I wear these all the time and they look fantastic! I suffer from foot pain consistently but can wear these for 2ish hours without struggling! Very stable due to the thick heel. Fit true to size!
