I have used this product in the past. It has helped me lose pounds quickly, and has helped me few the late afternoon cravings. I usually drink the tea at night. If you do be ready to go to the bathroom a lot in the morning, it helps get rid of all the excess grease in your system that rest at night. Has helped me lose weight. It's a very good product, the tea especially. Be prepared to spend lots of time in the restroom after drinking the tea.

Definitely will detox you ! Cramps hurt but that means it working 😝
Well let just say that tea will definitely detox you!! I got strong cramps about 8 hr after drinking the tea which is a warning! I drink the tea at 10 pm before bed since it makes you a little sleepy . Then by 6 am it’s ready !.. 1 metabolism pill in the morning one fat burner pill at lunchtime and then tea before bedtime . With my low calorie diet in four days I’ve lost 6 pounds can’t wait for the next 20 days! Drink lots of water also !
