Crosley CR92 Country Wall Phone - LOVE IT!
We recently renovated our breezeway, which leads into our kitchen. When doing the wall that leads into the kitchen, my husband cut the hole for our telephone mount and then hung the portable phone unit on the wall. It took us about 2 weeks to regret putting the hole in the tongue & grove board to have a portable phone sitting on the wall. My husband started looking for something to cover the hole in the wall and found the country wall phone. We both loved the look of it and knew it would go perfectly on that new wall. Not only does the phone look great, but it works great, too. I am always saying I wish things could go back to the way they were, and now I have a little bit of that in our home. No complaints about this phone. We love it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT
I have a victorian home with oak cabinets in the kitchen area. This phone not only looks great, it works well too. It has great reception. I can actually hear what people are saying on the other end of the line. There's room to put a pad and pencil for messages and also a small drawer, which I haven't used yet. Imagine having a drawer that is empty for a short span of time!!! The only thing I miss is caller id; however, I have another phone on the extension for that. Highly recommend the phone for visual ambiance. Solidly built.

Love it!
Love this phone! Works great, no problems, hangs easily on a standard wall jack mount, even with the internet filter on the wall jack. It looks awesome in my 1881 kitchen. It won't get a lot of use, we have a cordless that we use and we don't use the landline much anymore, which I think is good because the handset on the phone is a little lightweight and not very heavy duty. But I love the phone!

FANTASTIC Conversation Piece for our Kitchen
This phone is worth every penny as far as looks go. It is gorgeous! Everyone comments on it when they see it. It works perfectly months after we purchased it. The only reason I took away one star is because the "ring" is not fitting for the phone itself. It sounds like an electronic phone that belongs in an office cubicle from the 1980's. The sound doesn't fit the look at all. I REALLY wish the company would have gone the extra mile and set a ring that sounds old-fashioned to complete the whole theme. But that is a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things. Very nice!

Vintage wall phone gift
I was looking at the old country wall phones on line at my son's house and pointed out the ones I liked best. He said THIS one was the one HE would like to have. I got such a great deal from Amazon when I went to purchase it without him knowing. We spent Christmas at his home, with the family, and when he opened it he said to his wife "Wow, this is just what we wanted". He dropped everything and ran for his tools and installed the phone immediately. They like every feature including the ringtone. They commented 'Look. Now we have completed our country kitchen". I was really happy that they enjoyed it so much.An amusing side note: my grandson looked at the phone on the wall and a puzzled look came over his face as he stared. Then he blurted out. "Uh, it has a CORD on it!!" I had to laugh. Kids today don't really have to deal with being "tied" to the phone. His father explained it had a speaker phone app so he liked it then. Very pleased with the packing and the timely arrival of an excellent product.

Over-priced... not a quality made product
Looks ok on the wall. Plastic handset feels cheap, scratchy connection, the speaker and redial buttons don't work. Ringer sound doesn't match the phone theme at all. I wish I could have found an actual antique to put on the wall, that way these imperfections would have been understandable. Not acceptable in a new product.

Don't bother
I have gone through 3 of these. The first one fell off the wall and broke apart when a door slammed. I had used used the provided hardware. I paid $19.95 for a warranty replacement. The second one arrived and there was so much noise/static I couldn't hear the caller, even when using a different phone in the house. I returned it, got a new one, same thing. My phone company (Verizon) said it is a phone problem, not the phone line. Same thing on the next three phones they sent me, so I give up. The last one had the "bell ringer" mounted between the bells, and it was crooked and very noticeable. The phone looks cute, but is worthless as a uable phone.

I like it
I have two cordless phones (one upstairs and one downstairs), but they are totally worthless during power outages. Living in hurricane alley, it's a good idea to have a corded phone. I saw this one, read the reviews, and chose it. I think it's cute. My house is 75 years old, so it looks authentic. Haven't had any of the problems some people have reported, so it might be their phone service and not the phone.

Position the phone properly. I originally placed it TOO low on the wall and had to reposition it to
I like the appearance of this item. It is functional and is a good enhancement hanging on the wall close to an actual antique phone. The pair make a good conversation pease, especially when you get a call and answer it.One drawback and a disappointment it the fact that the crankhandle does no makes bell ringing sound
