I worked on a 13 hr shift and have been struggling with yo-yo dieting and its downside such as loss of energy. I have been taking this amazing product and have seen significant changes. As i have a very low metabolism, it takes a lot of edfort to burn whatever i eat. Since i started taking this, i feel less hungry and still kept my eenergy and survive a long hrs without hunger pangs. Just my control sized meal and a lot of water during the day and i still feel energized! No cravings and hungry pangs to avoid frequent snacking!

this product didn't work for me, and I exercise 5 days a week and I'm not overweight, not sure I would buy it again.

I've been using these for 2 weeks now and I can say that they have helped surprise my appetite hugely. The first couple of days I didn't notice so much but now it's clear they are helping me with this. I have lost 6lbs and I'm more than happy because I don't feel like I am on a diet.
