Jipoff don’t waste your money.
Well the price was good. But you get what you pay for. The self adhesive to stick these light on my plant lights just does not work. I clean the surface before applying the lights and they just would not stay stuck. Some gorilla glue and clothes pins are now holding them up. As far as my plsnts they do not look any different from years past due to the red and blue lights. So for me these are a jipoff and I learned a lesson. They might be good decorations for Memorial Day, Flag Day and 4th of July.

Great product!!
We love gardening. We’ve messed a little with hydroponic/indoor gardening but the equipment can be hard to deal with it and gets pretty pricy. This was an incredibly easy set up, for an affordable price. As you can tell we got a little innovative for a makeshift garden, and you can clearly tell how strong, and bright the lights are. We have them hooked to a timer and only have them on for a few hours a day. These are sprouts of our latest herbs. (Basil I think) This is the tracking from probably course of a month. But considering no sunlight, and limited exposure to the lights I’d say it’s working great. Maybe have to invest in stronger bulb to see what I can do to better it and speed up the growth.

Just not enough power
I like the idea of strip lighting, and I suppose you could just buy a lot of them, but this model is badly under-powered, at least to alternatives (I'm learning). I'm going to purchase more high-power light bars for my hydroponic garden.

These lights are great
They are easy to mount and work perfectly in my indoor green house. My tomatoes really benefited from them!

Not enough output to grow stuff big
I setup an indoor lettuce growing system in the basement. Using these on a 12 hour timer in the basement for peak of summer/winter heat/cold. Not enough light to keep plants from getting leggy, although the system is also in front of a west facing window. I am considering buying a second set to place on the opposite side of the window to offset some of the legginess. This will bring the total cost of my system which will grow 36 plants (2 power strips, 2 light timers, 8 sets leds, pots and soil) to about $350.00. That does not include the irrigation I am playing with..... Expensive lettuce. It will take 5 harvests of 36 plants to break even if I get it to work without the irrigation. That's about 3 years at 2 harvests/year.You be the judge. If you like messing around with this stuff it may be worth it to you. I will update if I purchase more lights, work or not.
