I've been running this battery for a couple years, heavier duty in the last year. As far as the battery goes it ages as one would expect for a lithium ion, so that is all typical quality.A couple issues with the container. The circuit breaker will flip on bumps, meaning if you go over a bump your power shuts off. So I had to rig something up to prevent this from happening, could be an issue if you're not comfortable tinkering with high energy circuit breakers. The pins on the charger port, four pins, one of them has fallen out but it still charges fine. The bag has had its wear and tear but altogether has held up pretty well so I commend the build quality of the bag.I do encourage Calibike to revisit the engineering of the circuit breaker, maybe even revert back to a simple fuse just because it's cheaper and immune to this flipping issue - I rarely change a fuse on ebike batteries, and if I do, it's usually something I did wrong. Also I encourage re-engineering of the charge port, the four pin setup is more prone to breakage than a straightforward plug.

Highest commitment to quality
I use my e-bike for daily transportation (16 mile round trip; 6000 miles to date) and needed a battery with more capacity than my 48v-10ah battery. This battery in the triangular bag works great; fits my bike frame perfectly, and it's a much better balanced setup than my previous rear rack mounted batteries. Rafe at Calibike provides prompt service; knowledgeable answers and great communication any time I have a question or need assistance. The battery I purchased gives me a 25 mile range (in heavy winds and without using pedal assist mode). Warranty is local (USA) and Rafe works hard to give the best customer service. I am extremely satisfied with this battery and the excellent customer service provided by Rafe.
