I was hesitant to purchase these because of some of the reviews. Some gave high marks but others that had them for a few years said they stopped working properly. But I pulled the trigger and have had them installed for a few years now. Last season they didn't sound right. so I took them off and shook them out. You wouldn't believe all the crap that cam out of them. Punched the button again and they were as good as new. I'd recommend covers for them and I cover them with a heavy duty plastic bag and a rubber band when I'm at anchor or in storage. I'm looking for some more permanent covers if anyone knows of a source. Thanks.

I was impressed by these horns, heavy stainless steel with a good sound. They look like they should cost more than they do. I was concerned that the 16awg wire for my old single horn wouldn't be beefy enough for them to work, but they work just fine, and much louder than the old single horn.Time will tell how they hold up in the saltwater environment, but for the low costI can replace them a few times and still spend less than other brands.

Installed as a replacement unit for the boat. OEM unit was rotted out after 30 yrs. this did require the use of heavier wire to drive the trumpets. Now it sounds like a boat and not like a toy.

The horns were more than I expected. Heavily built and will be a great addition to the old boat. They were heavy enough that they could have used some additional packing around the electromagnet as UPS was a little rough in handling them.

Love my new horns. They arrived quickly. Even though they haven’t been installed yet (boat is in winter storage), I can tell that the quality is super. Can’t wait until spring to start boating again.

Installed this today on my hardtop. Easy install and tremendously loud! Durability will be determined in the years to come, but everything appears to look good now.
