This air filter purifier and evaporative humidifier has been nothing but excellent. I have mostly used it in a small room that has my electric guitar instruments in it to keep them humidified at the correct level to prevent issues that can arise from dry air in the winter months especially and it has been excellent in maintaining their humidity levels as well as eliminating any odours from the basement level room that they are stored in. I have also used it in our living room on the main floor when dealing with dry air in the winter months and also helping to combat with seasonal colds and sinus issues and it helped noticeably with that as well keeping the air maintained at around 40% +/- humidity in the larger space. I have had this air purifier/evaporative humidifier for around eight or nine months now, and we just changed out the filters, we probably could have changed the filter a couple of months ago, but didn’t get around to it until now, but I feel like they lasted a fairly long time. I cleaned out the main filter once or twice before but now it’s at the point where it needs to be replaced due to contamination from filtering out impurities in the air. Amazon said the new filters would not arrive until January 5 and they were ordered around December 18-20th, but they have arrived today on December 22 so shipping and getting through customs, etc. was fairly quick. The new replacement filters are an exact replacement parts and fit correctly so very happy with those as well. Overall, this device works very well, and we are very satisfied with it, we actually recommended that my parents order one for their house as well to keep humidity level levels higher in their house to help with offset the dry air due to needing to keep the house warm as one of my parents are on blood thinners and makes them feel cold a lot of the time as well as keeping humidity level up for my father‘s expensive acoustic guitar. So far, they are also very happy with it. It is working very well and maintaining the humidity levels correctly. As far as keeping humidity levels correct for musical instruments for one example, I had my father’s small parlour acoustic guitar that had neck issues and fretting out issues and after being in the same room as this evaporative humidifier for about 1 to 2 months, it completely reversed al of the problems with the guitar and made it completely playable again, I also use a separately purchased humidity monitor to confirm the humidity levels across the room from the device and it does actually keep the room between 40 to 45% humidity level. The other advantage to this humidifier is that it does not admit a mist and does not leave any white film on surfaces at all just pure humidified air that is beneficial for both people and musical instruments. I will attach some photos of the used filter to prove that it does actually filter out in purities and things floating in the air and in the room that it’s placed in. The HEPA filter only seemed to have a little bit of dust on the outside of it, which I cleaned off once or twice, but the main filter seems to be the one that absorbs most of the impurities in the air and appears to work very well. Overall, I would highly recommend this air filter. It’s reasonably priced and works very effectively.

excellent for my daughter's dorm room

The air purifier combo worked well. However, now I need to change the HEPA filter and I can not find the right one. It stopped working at all as it needs a new filter. I checked the shop xCREAS and they are not selling the HEPA filter as they only offer xCREAS Replacement Filter Kit which contains 3 filters and I only need one. There is no information at all about which HEPA filter is compatible with xCREAS. Where can I find only the HEPA filter?????
