I do not write many reviews but i really needed to let woman who are going through menopause you need this if you are having itchy,and irritated problems down their on your 🐱I am 52 and going through menopause.My dr. recommended some type of steroid crm but I was hesitant to use it when I asked how long do I need to use this for to control the itch and easily irritated skin issues I was having and she said "From now on you will need to use it"I was not too happy with that answer so I researched abit and found this balm.I have been using for about 1 month I have only used about 1/4 of the bottle so far and it had made a huge difference!I just put it on after a shower.Be sure to rub it all over just not inside though and I wear a pantie liner so I don't get it on my under clothes.I just ordered another one because I definitely do not want to run out of this absolutely a god sent product ....Thank you to the inventor you saved my husband and mine sex life!

Love this stuff. Totally unique from any other product I've tried. Does what it says perfectly. No fragrance is a big double thumbs up for me as well.The one thing to know about this stuff before you use it: it's the consistency of an ointment (which makes it work better than a cream or a lotion, imo) and one of the ingredients is a naturally yellowish oil. I definitely recommend wearing a pad or liner after initially applying it. It could possibly stain otherwise, although I haven't personally had that happen yet. The liner can be taken off later, once it's had a chance to better absorb.

The cream has a lot of benefits. I was disappointed there were no inserts to explain how and where to use it. If I wanted to give this to someone, it would have been nice to know the instructions and ingredients would arrive with it. Not everyone has access or uses the Amazon App. Many of my friends that would use this are not tech savvy

It's Amazing! I believe I was having an allergic reaction to the soap on my razor.. I put this on my whole area, and like magic, it was soothed and the itching stopped!!!!! Ladies, you need this in your life!!

This is the best stuff for your itchy, dry vulva. I'm post-menopausal and atrophy got me. I've tried so many different products. This one is a winner!!! Worth every penny. One small jar lasts a long time!

This product feels great while applying but did NOT relieve my itching. Been using this for 7 months off and on. I am finding that applying Cortisone 10 after applying this product helps with itching much more!!

I really like this stuff. I suffer from atrophy, and it is aiding the oral medication in repairing it. No odor. Easy to apply and is very helpful during sex to reduce pain. I use it every day with a panty liner. A little goes a long way.
