Honestly this works. It doesn't work instantly but I have about 6 now and have been wearing for about 4 months. It definitely does train your waist to be smaller and have an hour glass shape. I wear mine Monday thru Friday and have been for about 6 months. I live this one because it's not too late long. The long ones hurt the crest of my pelvis by the end of the day.
