Overall awesome product
I am loving this company! I started using the hair pomade about 6 months ago, that is how long the little 2oz. can lasted me. It was really good on my hair. I have thin and sensitive hair and the oils in this product were so gentle on it. I remember using American Crew pomade and when I would fix my hair it would always rip out a hair. The oils in Chronos and Creed have actually helped keep my hair healthy too by not drying it out. Very satisfied with this product. I've also been using the beard balm and I really enjoy the peppermint + eucalyptus scent. It's been very nice on my beard. I noticed it made the hair smoother, softer, more malleable, and gives it a subtle shine that I like. And, of course, everything is organic which is awesome. I really don't mind the hardness of the pomade and balm, whenever I work it on my hand it makes me think that this is legit stuff. Packaging is also really classy but simple, and I like that the pomade and beard balm are easily storable and not wildly different shapes or styles. This company is very quickly replacing much of my grooming products! Would love to see more!

Great & Safe Ingredients but OK Holding Result on Coarse Hair
The media could not be loaded. In a search for replacing my hair pomade with a healthy, possibly natural and organic pomade I came across this one. What I like about it is the ingredient list of it. I do research every single ingredient before purchasing the product and the ingredients on this one are super safe not to mention organic. The result though was not like a pomade or wax that I was used to. That seems to be due to the fact that this product doesn't use petrochemicals that are effective in sticking hair follicles together for those with stubborn coarse or wavy hair assuming you want to tame and control them. So overall, the hold I'd say is Low to Medium which should be enough for someone with softer straight hair as it seems to be able to manage that type of heir but not so much my type of hair. That said, the ingredient are nourishing and if I don't want to look like I have pomade in my hair and don't care much for taming my stubborn waves this will be OK for everyday use. But if I want to style my hair and get a pomade or wax look where my hair stays in place and the waves are not as noticeable I probably need to use a pomade with more holding power. The shine is medium. But if you are trying to compensate for the hold by applying more (which might or might not work depending on your hair) the shine will be more as it's an oil based product. The feel is more like coconut oil. It's solid in room temprature but with melts, as you lather it into your palms. Overall, I'd say it's a good product for daily use given how hard is it to find a pomade without petrochemicals but at the expense of the holding power of it.

Updated review
Updated Jan 20 - I ordered a new batch and it seemed that the original USDA Organic seal on the package cap is now removed. It is now replaced with a good manufacturing practice seal... so I have suspicision that this product is truly not Organic because if you make a product and want to claim that it or its ingredients are organic, your final product probably needs to be certified. If you are not certified, you must not make any organic claim on the principal display panel or use the USDA organic seal anywhere on the package. This must be the reason why the seal is gone. Buyers be warn as this is most likely not a truly certified organic product since they had to remove the usda organic seal.----------I am very particular in choosing a safe hair product and this product is 100% USDA Certified Organic! It goes on the hair very gently and the wax quality is awesome! It leaves my hair with its natural color and texture which I love. Overall, good product, good price and good quality!

Great natural product
I initially purchased this product based on the natural ingredients and have been quite happy with it, though there are some things to note.Pros:1. Don't be surprised that container is small- I was disappointed at first, however it lasts a surprisingly long time. After 3 months of daily use, I probably still have 3-4 more weeks remaining.2. This is not exactly high hold, though it keeps my very thick hair in shape and prevents it from getting frizzy. As advertised, hair stays malleable throughout the day and is not too stiff. I've found that for a stronger hold, apply it to hair that is more dry.3. This does not just come out when exposed to water. Even when my head got soaked, I just had to dry my hair and was able to reshape it without having to apply more pomade. That being said, it still comes out easily with shampoo. Not exactly a pro:1. Immediately after styling I still feel some wax on my hands, even after washing. Not necessarily a bad thing because the ingredients are good for your skin, but I always make sure to put in my contacts before applying pomade because of the residue.

Just OK, not great
I am forever on a quest for a replacement to the Body Shops Coconut hair shine - that was the pinnacle of hair pomades - but it is off the market. This product is fine but falls short in a few areas. This is a cream style pomade (or supposed to be) The scent is somewhere between musk and pine - it’s not overpowering when applied but that is the smell. Some may like it but I prefer a lighter, cleaner smell. The second thing is getting the product out to apply it to your hair. This product is on the hard side and a little gritty to the touch. If you swirl your fingers in the product and get it warm it will “sort of” flow and then you have to warm it up further with all your fingers before applying to the hair. It’s a little too hard and should be easier to apply. More than one time I have looked at my hair and had a small bit that was not fully disolved on my hair. Once all that is done it’s not the worst product I have ever used but nowhere near the best. When in your hair it does what it is supposed to and does last a good long time and does wash out easily enough. It is organic and that is a plus, if only it worked better. So it’s just OK - not great and for the price it needed to be great. There are other pomades on the market that are close in price and are better all around.
