They perform as you would expect a heater to perform
These are very nice ceramic heaters. I have not fully tested them yet, but I have had them up to 600C in air. They have a rapid response, depending on how much current you provide. They will function under DC and AC voltages. If you use AC voltage, you should have a variac connected and start with a low voltage. My 1.5 ohm unit measured to be 1.9 ohms. With Vac set at 30Vac, I measured peak current at 9.7Amps, running through an SSR rated at 25A. This is with a temp setting at 200C in air laying on a heat sink with 3 other ceramic heaters (not powered) laying on top. Do make sure that it is thermally loaded or ramp it up slowly; otherwise the thermal gradients will shatter it (known from experience by going to 600C in air....and it is ceramic).

Better info should have been provided
The specs are not sufficient. There is not any information as to what input voltage this can handle. As it had only 1.6ohm resistance after connecting it to 110V via an SSR it burned. Better info should have been provided.
