Le Pain Crispbread Buckwheat 4.41 oz (Pack of 6)

Great gluten-free crisp crackers. Since I don't eat gluten at all (makes me headachy and achy all over if I eat it more than one day in a row!), these are a godsend. Buckwheat is good for you, naturally high in protein, and these are 100% buckwheat. Love them!

Tasty. And supposedly buckwheat is good for you. What's not to like?

I think these taste like cardboard but my husband who is a health nut LOVES them. He eats them by the box. If you eat junk food, you will not enjoy these but if you are disciplined and eat well then they may be a good snack for you.

If you are on a gluten-free and low-carb diet, you may miss crackers. Now you can enjoy taste, crunch, and function! I have to limit to one a day now on my keto diet, but my husband still enjoys these with butter or cream cheese. We order a case of four.

I have not eaten grains for a long time and did not realize how much I miss crunchy until I tried these crackers. Buckwheat is a seed not a grain. I like buckwheat pancakes so thought I would give them a try. So glad I did. I have been ordering them ever since and have at least a couple every day. In this brand this is my favorite flavor.
