You already know I’m an EVOGEN fanatic. You definitely get what you pay for with them. Energy levels whenever you hit the gym with this is great. You don’t get tired (as fast). Nail strength? Anyway, with hydration, make sure you hydrate really well when using this stuff because it does pull water. To make it better, I pour this in my entire bottle, you don’t want to wet scoop this stuff due to texture and strength of flavor. For the quality and effectiveness of the glycerol, it is top notch and as I said in the beginning, you get exactly what you pay for. I am always impressed with their products.

This works great! the pump is insane, only thing I would recommend is maybe have a banana or eat some yogurt with this, I work out in the morning and took it on an empty stomach and almost puked. The taste is awful completely awful it's like cough medicine but it's not a deal breaker im more in it for the effects and it absolutely works so for the taste just put it in some orange juice and it's doable.

Works incredibly well for the pumps in the gym but holy hell it is almost impossible to get down. It literally smells and taste just like throw up. I’ve finished the entire bottle now and every time I’ve taken it I had to hold my nose swallow then gag for 5minutes. I got the unflavored if that helps at all.
