Coyote-proof back yard. Installed these wicked spikes on the ground with 18” galvanized spikes into soil along the bottom of 150 foot retaining wall. Three rows of spikes are where coyotes would leap into our yard. No longer. A by product is this array of spikes works on human intruders just as effectively.

This is our second purchase of the exact same item. High quality metal construction. Sharp edges - be careful when installing. We had a few break ins in our neighborhood where burglars hopped the fence and broke through the rear doors. We have more secure with these anti-climb spikes installed now.

2 stars because so far the spikes seem to be strong and good quality however the screws/ washers were all too small that they fit right through the hole making it impossible to install. Had to go to Home Depot to get bigger screws and washers to actually install it.
