I have been using this product for a while now, mainly b/c my holistic doctor advised that all of us should take fiber! It's good for easy #2s!! My husband likes the orange flavor, which he says tastes like tang! I used to love tang but to me the orange didn't taste anything like that, so i got unflavored and I mix in my blueberry juice with it and it's delicious! My husband mixes his w/ 8 oz of hot water, he drinks is like a tea. I do an 8 oz cup of cold water w/ 1/8 cup or less of juice. You have to let it sit for about 10mins before you drink it so all the clumps break up easier when you stir it. I end up having to stir it if I let it sit between sips, b/c I don't guzzle it down. But it keeps me regular and I love that! I do it once in the am and once in the pm!

this product is the only thing that has worked for me. it is completely life changing. buy it. but there are a few cons. it doesn’t mix with water easily. you must use a blender bottle or it just won’t dissolve. there’s also not many servings in a bag. maybe like a month’s worth. but it’s still worth it. 10/10

I've ordered the Garden of Life unflavored organic fiber for years now (I like to mix it with tea, coffee, and even when I make warm milk just to boost my fiber intake,) and have always loved it. It had a neutral flavor, so I could add it to literally everything I ate or drank. I tried the citrus flavor once and it was overpowering and couldn't be mixed with anything other than fruit juice, so it was a no-go for me. My local store, sadly, stopped carrying the unflavored version, so I came to Amazon, and while Amazon did save the day, the package of unflavored that I got was different than usual. The exterior packaging was exactly the same, and as you can see in the lower right corner, it says it's unflavored, but immediately upon opening it, I noticed a strong citrus scent and the powder was a different color. Usually, it is a very light beige with little flecks of dark brown throughout (probably the acacia fiber,) but this time, it's a pale orange with no flecks at all. And it has a definite orange flavor...not as strong as I remember the citrus being, but still quite noticeable. I don't know if this is a new formulation, or if somehow there was a goof at the factory and they packaged the citrus in the unflavored version, but it was a definite bummer. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking for truly unflavored like I was.

I put a heaping tablespoon of this fiber in a tall glass of water that I drink every single morning along with a scoop of pure ascorbic acid (vitamin c), power shot (a mix of organic super greens), a scoop of pre-workout on the days that I lift heavy, a scoop of BCAA powder on the days that I do cardio, 5 drops of vitamin D3/K2 and 3 drops of Iodine. I blend it with my little hand mixer and use it to take all my morning supplements with my breakfast. I have been drinking this mixture every day for over two years now and I swear by it. While I take LOTS of other supps, eat healthy and exercise, I feel like my morning drink is a key to how I've been able to go over 2 years without ever getting so much as the sniffles, and I'm as regular as regular can be! As for the fiber itself, it's very easy to mix, is tasteless and doesn't clump. I love the organic ingredient list and feel like it helps me keep my gut happy. Yes, this will settle in the bottom if you let it sit for very long, but that's just par for the course with pretty much any fiber powder so I don't think it's worth docking a star. I just use my little hand mixer or swirl it manually in the cup every 3 to 4 sips and that keeps it evenly distributed. If you're looking for a good fiber supplement, I can highly recommend this one! I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else. And yes, I pay full price for it in my monthly subscriptions. Feel free to ask any questions!

Didn’t dissolve in water. A couple of hours after taking it I became gassy, nauseous, and started to cramp in my stomach and intestines. Feeling like I am going to have diarrhea and vomit. I can’t tolerate psyllium husks yet this product is worse. So ill!

Definitely untrue what they claim about this powder being "Flavorless, no grit or gummy texture" and "Dissolving easily and being clear". It has a taste, sort of medicinal, tart taste, could possibly be the orange peel and cranberry seed in it (should we even be eating that?). It has a sort of chalky, gritty texture to it. Does not dissolve easily, it clumps really easily, the only things I could successfully add it to were smoothies and apple sauce. Don't put it in your water, you'll have chalky, cloudy, yucky-tasting water, but it's perfectly fine in smoothies. And there is a small amount in the bag, not 32 servings. Other than that it is what it says it is. It helped a lot with my IBS so I think I will be repurchasing, but still on the look-out for a better fiber powder.

This was my first experience with fiber and I found it to be easy to mix into yogurt and actually enjoy the taste. It also mixes with coconut water smoothly. It’s easy to digest, does not give me gas or other negative side effects. I liked it, but thinking I might be missing something, tried another brand, which was too heavy, tastes awful, was more expensive and gave me an embarrassing amount of gas. I am ditching that product and coming back to this one. I think it’s great

It is a fiber product so I don't expect it to dissolve or create a clear liquid. I put a tbs into a pint mason jar, add water and shake it well and then drink it. There are usually a few undispersed pieces, but they are fun, actually. It tastes decent, modest and is not sweetened (not sure where people saw that it has Stevia? It does not seem so from the list of ingredients). I use it only occasionally, not on a routine base but have ordered it several times now. This seems to be a decent product. The ingredients all sound good, if the list is true then it is the best in the market.

I’ve struggled for a while to find the right product. Agreed it is slightly pricy but It works, I usually take before I go to bed as I’ve found it works better for me would recommend

Good Product

This product does what it advertises: great fiber and despite many reviews claiming it doesn’t dissolve properly, it does if you stir properly with a little patience. It has a very mild orange flavor but for the most part it has no flavor. I’m satisfied with this product.

This organic fiber contains orange peel, so that could be what makes it take a little bitter. It clumps a bit in room-temperature liquid, but is easy to swallow. Many thanks to the seller for delivering early!

Produced years ago and expiring in less than a month , flavored, and package is wrinkled so bad!
