I’ve been taking this for about a week and a half (10 days). I felt an immediate difference on the first day. My appetite was drastically reduced. I wake up at around 6 AM during the week, and I would feel no hunger until about 2-3 PM. This has made it much easier to intermittent fast. That was the only difference I noticed at first. I guess my body was utilizing my existing stored fat more efficiently for energy. After about a week, I noticed a slight increase in my energy throughout the day. Also because I had been sticking more consistently to OMAD, I lost an inch off of my waist. No change on the scale, but a change in body composition. Now I’m truly excited to see what benefits long term use will bring!

Helpful and unique way to improve energy and mood. Good value though I wish there were more suppliers. Will definitely be reordering on subscribe and save.

Clearly states "thermally stabilized Oxaloacetate 30 Capsules 250mg" on bottle in ad. However that is NOT what you receive . Really only 100mg per capsule ! They have added up the total milligrams of all the different contents and then printed on the bottle "250mg" ! Actually, 150mg of that is NOT oxaloacetate but is Vitamin C and 100 mg is oxaloacetate. They have added the ingredients together and advertised it as the amount of oxaloacetate. If you do a close up of he fine print you can see this. I didnt. I believed what was in the ad. BenaGene you should be ashamed of yourself . Huge price and deceptive ad appealing to people who are really really ill with CFS. Do you believe in Karma?

CFS. Took product for 28 days did nothing to help my condition if anything made me feel a little more fatigued and really upset my stomach, big disappointment.

I do find those stuff works great for me. However, not to seller, please change the packaging. It’s difficult to open and if you cut it, it explodes into a mess!!

I was really excited to start this supplement but unfortunately it gave me extremely bad indigestion and gastritis. I took the supplement with a meal, tried various antacids and proton pump inhibitors but with no success. I have never had this problem before.

Even though a bit pricey they work wonders. Only product that has worked
