Very enjoyable
I have always been a fan of Rosemary Conley and have been working out to her Video's/DVD's for 20 years. The workouts are easy to follow, you can choose a workout to suit your lifestyle by deciding how long you work out for. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the majority of the moves are the same as past DVD's, having said that I still enjoy doing it. It does suit all fitness levels because you choose how hard you work out, although I would say it is ideal for those very new to exercise. I usually do a 34 minute work out, which consists of 7 minutes warm-up, 23 minutes Aerobic fat burning section, then 4 minute cool down and stretch. The other options are 10 minutes of whole body toning - standing, 10 minutes of whole body toning - floor/lying, 5 minute express hip and thigh tone up and 4 minute express abs workout. With these great options you have no excuse by saying you haven't got time to exercise! The good thing about Rosemary Conley DVD's are that there a real people with real success stories working out with Rosemary, which really inspires you to exercise. Rosemary herself is down to earth and has good cueing when leading you through the exercises. Overall this is a very good DVD and very enjoyable to do. I would also recommend doing Hannah Waterman's Body Blitz Hannah Waterman's Body Blitz [DVD] [2009 ] as well as Davina Fit Davina Fit [DVD ]

One of the best
I have several Rosemary Conley exercise dvds and swear by them. They really do work. This particular dvd is one of my favourites, especially for the toning of the arms. Do this dvd regularly and you will notice a huge difference quite quickly. The aerobic exercises can be done at different levels to suit your level of fitness. Rosemary's instructions are always clear, so the routines are easy to pick up. Highly recommended.Dec 2013, nearly one year on and I still do my "Rosemary" once or twice a week. It takes 45 minutes, doesn't cost me anything (e.g. for exercise classes or gym fees), I can do my exercises when I want and in my home. I suggest setting a specific day and time, putting this on your calendar just as you would for any exercise class, and it will become a habit that you stick to. I still walk every day, but these dvds add another dimension to help stop the wobbly bits. Great for self-esteem and confidence. I am 61 and people think I'm 10 years younger. Long may it last!

Not the best Rosemary fitness DVD!
I have long been a fan of Rosemary Conley's fitness DVD's so I was eagerly wanting something new from her to get myself into. Unfortunately this latest and apparently last in her long range of workout DVD's is not one of her best.If your looking for her ususl well paced structure you'd be disappointed. Usually the moves are easy to pick up, paced evenly and with different levels from slow to faster pace easy to follow. However there's such an element of being rushed through the areobic manoeuvres that you'd forget who of the many your following, let alone not much difference between each person's pace. It's frustrating that from the start the warm up is one of the worst on all of her DVD's. It's too quick and not as stretch orientated as you need. As for the accompanying music tracks ,which won't please everyone lets face it, selecting these is a difficult task undoubtedly but did she get a revival deal with Steps! There are others but thats what I seem to hear mostly. The other segments all seem similar to those on earlier workouts so dissappointingly nothing to new here. Though the variety is in more depth with standing and floor toning segments.Filmed in a more cramped area than her ususl, the amount of people on here seem squished together. As for the heavy usage of 'Real', yes they are real women but they all seem similar in shape, age and diversity, I know there not. I much prefer the earlier DVD's that show such diverse ranges in age, sizes and abilities, even a guy in a couple of them. They are much more REAListic. In essence if you want real results from the Queen of health and fitness DVD's go to her earlier workouts : Brand New You with Coleen Nolan is a great one, Five Day Fat Burner and Ultimate Whole Body Workout. These are all also broken into segments so if your short on time there useful, plus you still get the real fat burning workout and tone up.I'm still a fan of Rosemary's workouts but not this one, especially if your new to this form of exercise.

Good all-round workout
I have collected all the Rosemary Conley exercise DVD's over the years, and even though I find Rosemary herself quite annoying, they are all safe and effective routines. This latest addition is no exception. The pace is fast enough to make you feel you've really had a workout, and the instruction makes the routines easy to follow.I particularly like the two body conditioning sections and the "express abs and hip & thigh" sections, which I add on to the aerobic section if I have sufficient time. This makes a total workout of an hour and five minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.Overall, a good all-round workout, without being impossibly difficult or a walk in the park! Good level for those who are used to exercising regularly.

I Bet I'll Ache Tomorrow...
Got this DVD yesterday and did the warm up, aerobics, ab's and cool down. I love the timer on the screen, and it really didn't feel like I'd been exercising for 40 minutes, it went really quick! The only part I'd say wasn't great is that she launches into the routines and you have to watch for the move and figure out how to do it - there's no "watch me first, these are the moves", however, they are repitious and once you've got a move you remember it and it gets really easy. The music is great because the moves are in time with that, so it's easy to keep the rhythm . I like that there are beginner moves and then more advanced. Fab DVD.
