Premium Plastic Hammered Stainless Steel Coated Assorted Cutlery, 120 pieces

I host a Christmas party every year and I normally buy this product at Costco. They did not have these in stock this year but I found them on Amazon. They are a few steps up from plain plastic ware. They almost resemble silverware but they are plastic. Sturdy and well made. So many guests were afraid to throw them away after using them and several people asked if I kept them. I have been using this brand for several years and will not go back to the white cheap plasticware. I love these!!

These do the job well. You're easily able to eat hearty items like steak or spaghetti with no flex in the fork or snapping off of tines. If you want to reuse them, they do well in the dishwasher, not losing their "chrome" or discoloring like some do. I think they look quite nice, especially with the hammered handles, and really up your table setting from plain plastics. I recommend these whole heartedly.

I bought these to use camping where we have to carry in our own water and want to keep dish washing to a minimum. The plastic is sturdy enough to use for all sorts of food, but has some give to it so that the utensils usually bend under stress but don't break (most of the time). It's a trade off that I believe has been well executed.The forks, spoons and knives are as large as ordinary tableware. The finish is attractive enough to use in less rustic settings. Every time I bring them out for meals, it makes the meal feel a little more special. These are still plastic, but head and shoulders above the small white plastic style that are too small to be comfortable and always break.These were originally purchased for camping, but have worked well for home and group gatherings. I haven't found anything better in the plastic cutlery market.

I bought a set of these last year from Party City, and paid a small fortune. I was hosting Thanksgiving for the first time, and I wanted silverware that looked nice, and not cheap plastiic stuff. I was pleased with the color and sturdiness of the cutlaery when I used them the first time.A year later, I found myself hosting Thanskgiving again, and I looked around before hitting up Party City. I found this set on Amazon for far cheaper than Party City. The package is also a better, more ecomonical size as well. I had to buy multiple packages of 12 at Party City, but 1 set of these through Amazon was perfect!The cilverware are durable, and re-usable. I ran most of them through the dishwasher, and saved them for the next occassion. After a few washes they do start to change color a bit--they look tarnished. But overall, they are a great value. Attractive, durable, and a nicer "look" for my hosting needs.

I didn't mean to order silver color, I just wanted to order some plastic utensils for the office and these were nicer/shinier than I expected - almost look like real metal silverwear. I kind of prefer the cheap white plastic ones, cause I don't feel guilty for throwing them away after one use. These are more solid and feel like they can be used for more than 1 use - which, at the office without a dishwasher and just a bathroom sink - I didn't really like washing my forks and knives there - so I wanted something to throw away. These are higher quality than your average set and it's a nice product.

These were AWESOME. I ordered them because we were hosting a Christmas dinner for our wedding reception and really wanted to cut down on dishes, and these match our new silverware perfectly. Downside, they match a little TOO perfectly. They are also incredibly sturdy. Between how sturdy they were and how much they matched our real silverware, we started tapping them against the counter to make sure we didn't throw away any of the real silverware. We probably could've hand washed them and used them multiple times, but I didn't want to end up accidentally throwing away real silverware by mistake.
