Good value for lots of seeds, but buttercrunch lettuce packet had carrot seeds
I had >75% germination in well-draining seed starter soil (indoors and under lights)--much higher rate than expected based on other reviews. (This is late 2017/early 2018 for the Spring 2018 growing season.) This is a very economical way to start a vegetable garden. I am a novice and have made mistakes early post-germination, but at this low price for the quantity of seeds, it was not too difficult to start again and correct mistakes. I would give 5 stars, but the seeds in the packet labeled buttercrunch lettuce sprouted as some kind of carrot, but not the same carrots as the actual packet labeled scarlet carrots... This was a bit annoying, as lettuce can be pre-seeded indoors, but carrots need to be planted directly where they will grow to avoid damage to the early tap root (which will become the carrot vegetable). Besides this mislabeling, there were no issues with these seeds.

Poor germination but will try again in case I got a bad batch
I bought these last summer and kept them sealed until I planted them this summer as an experiment. I wanted to add them to a BOB but wanted to test the germination rate. It’s pretty low. While some did grow, I haven’t been thoroughly impressed. I will buy again and try in case I just got a bad batch, but for a survival pack, I just wasn’t impressed. There are also a very small amount of seeds for each item. If you’re planning for BOB use, I’d pack a few or create your own curated collection. There are also several items that would require a warmer climate than my zone 4 home (but I knew this going in).

Selection could be more of a mix.
It’s great to get seeds in a bundle like this...but...why have 8 types of tomatoes & no cauliflower? Or 4 different types of corn & no broccoli? I’d rather have 2 varieties of the same vegetable/fruit with a wide selection, than more varieties of the same.

Really small package.
Nice seed assortment. It is mind blowing how small and light the bag is. It fits into the palm of your hand. Its tiny and light! As others have said this is because the large qty of seeds is really for the smaller seeds. The large ones like squash, are not many. Its vacuum sealed and compressed. Says if you freeze it, it will last 30 years. Havne't tried growing anything, but from the description, packaging, and other reviews, I have no doubts.Considering just one seed pkg at a store is $3, this is a good value and worth trying. Please vote this review as helpful

easy to store bag of seed
Small, easy to store bag of seed. Each seed type is in a smaller Ziploc bag within the red bag and clearly labeled. So far about 90% of the seeds that I planted have sprouted, which is actually better than the big seed bags I would have bought at the market. Peas, chard, collards, kale, arugula & lettuce seemed especially abundant. The package does not include a "growing" or "planting" guide, so you'll need to find that information somewhere on the internet for your region (maybe contact your county master gardener).

Tiny package
It is a tiny package to have that many seeds in it. I am not about to count the seeds, but it is a real stretch to think those 33 little foil packets that have barely more than a sq." space inside could really hold 16,000 seeds, especially when the corn, peas, pumpkin and beans only have 6 or less seeds each. you might as well skip those kinds of seed, as that is not enough seed to even have good pollination. The seeds like beets, melons chard and Sunflower are not much higher count. I cannot say that it is not quality seed, as I haven't planted any yet. Just wanted everyone to know not to expect enough of any but the tiniest ones to have any crop worth growing.

I'm very happy with my purchase
I'm very happy with my purchase. When I first received the package, all 33 seed types were there, but the growing guide and oxygen absorber were not included. I contacted the company, and they promptly sent my the growing guide, 2 oxygen absorbers, and 3 extra seed packets to apologize for the inconvenience. I am still working on planting, but the lettuce that I have planted so far came up literally overnight, 100% germination of what I have planted so far. I will update as I plant more seeds, but so far I am very happy.

Good presentation but not everything is included
Nice seed pack with great varieties. However some of the listed were missing from my pack, for instance banana peppers were not included. Hopefully it’s worth the money, will update on the germination rate soon. Thank you!
