Very well made non-stick skillet, but non-stick that can go in the dishwasher, can be used with metal utensils, put in the oven, used on hight heat and tolerates hard use. It heats evenly and resists shape distortion over time. It is scratch resistant and cooks very evenly. It's kind of heavy and the handle can get pretty warm if you grab it near the edge of the skillet. Overall it is a great skillet, but kind of pricey. I was buying a replacement non-stick skillet every 4 or 5 months because the non-stick coating always failed, but this product does not have a coating and should last a very, very long time, so it is a good value for the money over time. I really like it, but read the instructions for use if you want the best results.

It does everything they claim it does!Cooks evenly, non-stick without the toxic coating, heavy duty, easy clean up, well made, Scratch resistant. Well worth the cost.

This is an exceptional pan. It’s 12.5 inches diameter so it’s large enough to cook any meal. It heats up fast so you can sear meats, which is more difficult with the ceramic coated pans. It comes with a cover which might have been better if it was made from glass so you can see the food while cooking. They say the pan is nontoxic being titanium coated. It’s easy to clean, durable, elegant, and well designed with no rivets on the inside. And it’s not that heavy! I think this is the best pan on the market today. It’s supposed to last a lifetime which will take some time to review. But so far it’s a great pan.

I am more than pleased to now own a pan that is supposed to be chemical free and food doesn't stick. I carefully read reviews before ordering and they are right! If I follow instructions, NOTHING sticks! It is pricey, and I was reluctant to spend so much on yet another pan (I've bought several lately). I am working hard to be healthy and I've learned how dangerous all those nasty chemicals and heavy metals can be. It is a bit heavy but that tells me it is good quality. I consider this to be an investment in mine, and my husband's health. I do recommend this pan to anyone with these goals.

Oh goodness, I love this pan!! I cook from scratch 3-4 times a day, needless to say I go through pans about every 4 months at 40.00 to 60.00 a pan, gets expensive! I my research I found this product, this is absolutely amazing Cook wear, so easy to cook with, nothing sticks, the clean up is a dream.I highly recommend all their line of pots and pans, getting ready to order the entire set, get the cutting board too. Best find ever, don't miss out get them all!! I love this line.

This pan has been a good pan so far. I’ve been using it for an over a month and never have I ever owned a titanium pan before. I would say it is best to watch tutorial videos before buying titanium/steel aluminum type of pans because they can get damaged if you use them improperly. I didn’t know until I did some research of my own. This one hasn’t been ruined yet but there are burn marks from the accidental use of “high heat”. Medium heat works best but it does take some time to warm up due to the coating. Also, I gave it a one less star rating because of how heavy it is to cook with one hand. If your hand is a bit weak like mine then I would say you’d be having trouble managing it. Other than that, it’s a decent pan.

Great brand and product. It makes cooking easier and more practical without the usual mess and hassle of cleaning afterwards or being concerned about toxics. I love that this pan is non-toxic. I plan to get more cookware from this brand. Totally worth it. Food comes out great. Highly recommend it. I bought two pans and an oven from this brand and I am very satisfied with it.

This is a scam. It’s non stick the first time, but that quickly stops. Even when applying the same methods of using a stainless pan or a nanobond pan, heating it up to the temp of water beading around, then add avocado oil and then eggs. They stick. Beautiful looking pan, but not non stick. Do NOT Buy. I am sending my small one back. Unfortunately I have to eat the $200 for this pan.
