Took this for years. Had a mix up on credit card purchase for vendor. Oh well, same price through here. With tracking to see where it went rather than idk where it went.

They are pills in clear capsules. They can withstand wet hands. If the capsules get wet, it will not fall apart easily. Not much of a taste. You will feel it working hard the first couple times you eat it.

I had a negative reaction to the supplements that include, increased heart rate, shortness of breath and a persistent cough after taking them for about 3 weeks. I have now been off of them for about 3-4 weeks and things have returned to normal. I am relatively healthy and am not being treated for any significant health issues so I don’t think these are worth the side effects considering that they did I not produce any weight loss during the time I took them.

Works In a way but keep you on the bathroom

I used the entire VShred program and had great results. I am on maintenance now, feeling great and after a month off of the BURN and PM supplements from the Vshred program I confirmed my own doubts that these supplements work VERY WELL for me and keep my metabolism and energy boosted. Never knew 60 was going to start off this way.....losing weight, feeling great and ready for life's next chapter. THANKS VShred and Amazon for this product!!!!

Ive experienced absolutely no weight loss at all after taking it for 6 weeks. It doesn't have a bad taste but thats about all can say.
