Item great, but ordered pink and got silver. This is my second one.

Bought this to go on walks with my pets. It is very high quality, easy to carry in your pocket or clip to your was it band. I have small hands so it fits comfortable and easy to use. Has maintain a full charge for weeks now. The safety feature is great so you don't shock yourself by accident.

Small, discreet and easy to handle, even has a safely switch. Strong and loud too!

I like the shape small enough to carry anywhere. I haven't tried to use it on me so I don't know how powerful it is.

I bought this to carry with me while I’m out walking. I cannot attest to whether it works because I have not used it, and I am not willing to test it on myself. However, it seems that it’s easy to use, and when you press the button, the noise indicates that it is working. In fact, the noise is loud and could be a deterrent itself without actually having to use it on someone. The battery life seems to be good.

Works! I had the unfortunate opportunity to use it while at the grocery store and getting into my car. It saved me and I’m thankful!

Product arrived with rust on the clip. There was a rust spot in the box also. I charged it and it worked but was disappointed that it wasn't in new condition.

The item is about the size of a pen, maybe a little bigger, but packs a solid punch. I would not want to be on the receiving end of this, it’s a perfect, compact, personal safety device.
