Love the UC integration!
Great headset, noise cancelling is good and the UC integration (Teams) is great. Only issue is, the integration with Teams on my Samsung phone doesn't pick up the mute/unmute from the Teams app. When muted on the app, pressing the unmute button doesn't register on the headset. So when you press the mute/unmute button on the headset, you hear "Mute off" but that just toggles the mute/unmute on the app and the Teams app is muted. And vice versa. You just have to remember to use the headset button and not the Teams app button. This doesn't happen on the Windows Teams app. Other than that, all good!

Not great
Bluetooth connection to my MacBook is poor both with and without the UC adapter. Sound and mic keep dropping out during calls if I move more than a couple of feet from the computer, or move my hand anywhere near my ear . Makes it next to useless for Teams or Zoom calls. In contrast, my AirPods will stay connected 10m or more away.Stopped using this for a while, but tried again today. Still useless. 5 minutes into a Teams call and others on the call said my voice was breaking up. I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing works. Completely useless.Would not recommend.

Time to upgrade ladies & gents!
I read the comments & am glad that Plantronics or Poly as it is now. Has renewed this great device to the 'Poly Voyager Legend 50 UC' redesigned I believe in 2024. My own Plantronics version still works but people moan about the quality of my voice.

They work but just OK.
These worked easily right out of the box, but they are just about OK. Decent sound. I bought them for dictation but they haven't been the best with for some reason, my voice cutting out intermittently. Voice isolation is not great as well.

So much better than the alternatives
Okay, so I've been using headsets for 20, maybe 25 years. I cringe whenever I see someone shouting at their laptop: a decent headset is a minimum for one-to-one conversations via a computer. After over a decade of trusty service, the battery was dying on my old Plantronics Voyager, so I thought I'd get a replacement - and those generic Bluetooth headsets are so much cheaper, right? What could possibly go wrong?I'll leave you to find my review of the alternative. Suffice it to say that I'm now back with Plantronics/Polycom/HP, and the price uplift is worth every penny: it just works. It works perfectly on Windows (which you'll need to update firmware) and it works perfectly on Linux (without falling back to the awful sound quality you get with HFP or problems with Pulseaudio). It's comfortable, it's easy to use, it's reliable, it sounds good to both sides of the conversation. It look expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Maybe not cheap, but perfect.
I've never liked these "hearing aids." I used to have one made by Ja**ra, and it's sitting in a drawer somewhere. I'm pleasantly surprised. It's very lightweight, and the caller's voice is clear and loud. The noise cancellation is perfect. The guy I was talking to didn't hear me uncoupling the trailer with the fridge running. A small minus for the voice control, as it doesn't work very well for me. ( maybe it's because of my Polish accent :) ) I'm waiting for the software in Polish language.

For the price paid it poor product
First and foremost, I did like this product when I bought it! However as time has passed (1 month) its got unreliable for example its comfortable to ware but it keeps slipping out of my ear which makes it frustrating to use. Moreover, the biggest issue is the charging case when I got it first and charged it when it was fully charged the three led's were on solid for the case and head set to say it was fully charged this was ok for a few weeks but then I realized after charging one night that only 2 lights were solid for the case and the head set was the same as before I charged basically it did not charge this has happened good few times its really difficult to know if it connected to the case and is poor quality! I purchased this and paid a high price expecting a quality built product now its so annoying I don't want to use it! This product is not worth the price paid!
