This has been by far the best bluetooth speaker I've owned. It has an amazing sound quality and for the size it definitely outdoes a lot of major competitors. I compared and tried a lot of speakers before choosing and let me tell you there wasn't much competition. The price is unbeatable for the quality. I have got this wet, dropped it out of a tree and still it plays on like nothing happened. Its able to produce loud enough sound that I can belt out my favorite songs and not have to hear how off pitch I am, seriously buy this.

My husband was excited to get this speaker. He is a bluegrass junkie and listens to it nonstop. He has a larger more expensive speaker that isn’t as portable so he was hoping this would fill in the gap of portable and durable. Although it looks like there are speakers all the way around the body there is only one side that the sound come out of. The volume gets pretty loud and worked well at our NYE party with about 20 guests. It wasn’t too loud that people were shouting but also not too soft that you could tell there was music playing. The body is a mix of black silicone and mesh which should resist stains and bumps and bruises from falls. The buttons are pretty standard power, forward and backward. It chimes with portion and off and when you first connect. It was on for several hours and didn’t need to be charged. It came with a carabeaner, audio jack and charging cable. The thing that is the coolest though is that there is a USB port so that you can use it as backup battery. I would definitely recommend this speaker. Loving it!

The media could not be loaded.  This NFC Bluetooth speaker is nice and slick. It has a certain weight to it so that it stands steadily. It is turned on by pressing the start button for a few seconds and it gives signals to indicate that it has been on. Connecting it with a cell phone is very easy, just like connecting any other Bluetooth devices. The sound it produces is truly incredible. It feels like the sound is from a speaker that costs a large sum of money, instead of around $30. The sound is crisp and feels broad with plenty of base in it, instead of a higher pitch sound from many sound devices with small speakers. Its working range is about 20 feet, similar to other devices connecting by Bluetooth. Overall, we felt that the quality of this small wireless speaker is worth so much more than the price we paid for.

I bought this speaker to bring to the beach with us, and it did not disappoint. It's sound quality is surprisingly good coming from a fairly small speaker. The battery life is pretty good, not the best but definitely good enough for a day at the beach or at camp or however you intend to use it. I did not dunk it in the water or anything, but it has gotten a little wet and has definitely not been worse for the wear - succeeds in being waterproof as long as you make sure the ports are covered!The noise level is certainly not the highest of the Bluetooth speakers I have used, but most people dont need much more anyway.

I purchased this speaker with the hopes of using it at work. I work in a noisy factory where a lot of grinders and saws are constantly running. I have no problems hearing this speaker when I am playing it. To enhance your sound experience with this speaker, place it inside a tube and it turns in to a bass cannon! I use a cardboard sleeve from a roll of shrink wrap plastic. I have dropped it from heights as high as 8 feet on to a concrete floor and it still performs wonderfully. The battery when the volume on the speaker is at maximum lasts 6 hours. At lower volumes it will last even longer. The Bluetooth receiver within this unit has a maximum distance of about 45 feet. The only bad thing I have to say about the speaker is the little tab where you can place the carry string is not very strong and broke off easily.

For the price, it's pretty good as a speaker. The sound quality and volume is acceptable for me since I bought the thing to use with an Echo Dot in my bathroom.Main problem, as others have mentioned, is that it is not waterproof and I have some serious doubts about the durability. Putting a fairly light silicone/rubber jacket on something does not ruggetize it.As an example, on one side of the thing there is a rubber flap that goes over the micro-USB, USB, and 3.5mm jack. There is no way this thing will keep water out and on mine the thing has already fallen off after 1 day of use.Only reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is the misleading advertising which forces someone to read the reviews before purchasing or they will be disappointed and give the thing 1 star.

With so many different portable speakers to choose from it is hard to find an affordable and speaker that performs well. I was quite surprised when I tried this speaker out, I was at the beach and even with the waves crashing in the background this speaker was really loud and very clear. I also have a UE boom and I would say this speaker can get just as loud. Backspac I also have a UE boom and I would say this speaker can yet just as loud. You’re not getting crazy bass like the UE boom but for the price this speaker performs well. It is easy to connect to Bluetooth and comes with a hook attachment for your bag or backpack and the battery last pretty long. Great speaker so far and doesn’t break the bank.

While battery life is good, the speaker makes annoyingly loud sounds when it is turned on, or when it turns off automatically, or when low battery warning comes on. The sound level is unaffected by the volume controls, so it can be very startling if you’re listening to some soft music at low volume.
