great bread crumbs and no one would know its GF .....crispy crunchy perfect for breading anything you want to fry up

Somehow these breadcrumbs produce a crisper, crunchier, tastier crust on baked chicken and fish than "normal" bread crumbs. This is a gluten free substitute that exceeds expectations.

Good crumbs, but as big as BBs - awkward to try to use for breaded fried foods. I drop them into a little food mill and grind them small before using and they work well.
