Q: How well built is this chair? I have an issue with chairs tilting to the side after only a few months.

This is a nice chair overall, It seems to be well built. No noticeable tilting yet. We have been using it for 5 months now.

Q: How low can this chair go?

I am 5'3" and if it's all the way down my feet are flat on the floor

Q: How does it hold up for the big and tall? Does anyone know the weight maximum or how it would hold up for someone 6 ft-300 lbs?

I think the maximum weight on this one is around 225 pounds and it is smaller in stature. I probably wouldn't recommend it for "big and tall" as we bought it for our college son, for his dorm room, and it is somewhat "petite" for him, though a good size for a small area. He's 6' and 185', and it's honestly a little small for him on a long-term, every-day basis.

Q: How is the lumbar support on this chair?

Very good. Able to sit for more than an hour without discomfort. I recommend this product.
