Kids love these!!!
My 3-year old grandson absolutely flipped when he saw these. Both of his grandfather's are firefighters (one is current the chief) and his uncle so supporting our local firefighters is definitely important to us. Best part is now my grandson will protect his feet with boots when fishing or walking through the flooded yard after a heavy rain, tropical storm or hurricane. Boots are not too stiff and the sizing is perfect. My grandson wears them with and without socks and has never shown any signs of irritation on his feet although I generally insist on socks when he's wearing them long term for fishing.

Son loves them!
Perfect for birthday party centerpiece and as a bonus gift! My son loves his firemen boots and they are thick enough for wearing out in the snow in the cold with good socks. Fit well. Will updated after a few months of wearing if there are any issues.

run big
I returned these several times going smaller until I just figured I would keeps them until he grows into them. He is a 12/13 in real shoes I got an 11 in these and they are still about an inch too big.

Loop broke right after wearing them a short time. Fits wider than expected. Still super cute.
My son wears a 10 in sandles so I ordered these the next size up which was 11/12. They are super big on him. They don't fall off but they look kind of silly. I think it is because of the width...they fit wider than I thought. ALSO- LOOP BROKE AFTER WEARING LESS THAN 4 HOURS (TWO TIMES)... :/ My son is not happy - I am not happy paying 25.00 for something and having it break right away - that is the only reason for the low review. They are cute though...even with a broken loop :(

too large, poor quality
very-very-very dissapointed. My 3yo son wore it only once and while putting them on on a very first time, the red handle that is on the top torn.The previous year rainboots from another manufacturer look like new even today, and the previous winter in northern california was extremely rainy. Plus, my son now has size 11, I put 3 pairs of socks but these boots still keep coming off his feet at every step he takes.will definitely return

Disappointed
I know these are mainly used for costume use. But my eldest is obsessed with firemen, I have gotten him 3 costumes that he has worn down, so I got these to finish the Outfit. I got this as a Christmas gift and only lasted two months. My son cried when a hole appeared in his boots and I had to throw them away. Costume or not, I feel these are very cheaply made for the money spent on them.If someone else gets these I suggest not letting them be worn outside.

I gave it 2 stars because my grandson loves fireman stuff, but here’s the problem, the first day he put them on the strap broke. This was the second pair I ordered because the size chart is not accurate the first pair was way too big ( and they were his size according to the chart). So when ordering make sure you measure the FOOT and don’t go by the chart size for the shoe size.

Bout these for my nephew who loves everything fire trucks. Disappointed he won’t be able to enjoy them for a couple years because they’re huge.
