Overall, I like this freezer.The size fits perfectly at my home, and it is spacious inside.Before I received it, the seller I guess sent an email how I can operate the freezer well. Like put them straight at least 1 day for the stability. This helps me.I had compared the price of freezers from Amazon different seller, Costco, HomeDepot, etc. But this is quite good compared to the price. It is cheap, so I sometimes wonder it works well or not. So, I touch the food or stuff inside freezer and everything is frozen well haha.But, if you put the freezer at your kitchen, or living area, you might hear the noise it makes. When I open the door in my bedroom, sometimes I hear it is running due to the noise.

Wow!!! This little freezer holds a lot and stays nice and cold!! The only drawback back is that the controls are inconveniently placed at the outside back of the freezer. You are supposed to start it at 3 but then later turn it to 5… a bit tricky when you can’t get back behind it and down low to the floor! I ended up holding my cell phone cam to it so I could see which way the dial needed to be turned. Otherwise it is the perfect freezer!

I recently moved and the refrigerator in my apartment is really small compared to what I used to have. So I was looking for a small freezer to put most of the meat into and use the freezer in the refrigerator for other frozen items and I found this one and it fit every criteria. I’m so happy I got it

It looks like the product come in defective. I got a replacement within reasonable delays. Customer service was very responsive.

Bought this for my bro, who lives in a tiny apartment. He loves the size, says its quiet, fits in a compact area.

It was advertised that it could be used in a garage but the manual that came with it said it shouldn't if the temperature would go below 55 degrees

That the control switch is in the back on the bottom of the freezer which makes it very hard to adjust the temperature. It's a great unit holds a lot of food, freezes up very quickly I have to keep scraping the icicles as I open the door they're right there in the front so it's very possible that this unit is not tightly sealed I just wish it were frost free.
