Good gluten free pancake mix. Flavor is great and my niece loves the color. No gritty texture like some gluten free items.

Got these for a fun breakfast for the kiddos and most of them enjoyed it! It was neat to have purple pancakes, I don’t love mochi flavor but it wasn’t so strong to deter my kiddos.

Always looking for gluten free food for the wife. Found this one while looking at some other Birch Bender items that i wasn't able to find at our local store. Decided to give them a try. The purple mix is different, but great eating. Pancakes fluffed up really well. Will definitely purchase these again when we are out. They were easy to make, just add water. Texture and quality of the pancakes were good. We'll be trying it as a waffle mix as well.
