Best hair straightener I have used on my afro hair. Easy to use with great results

At first I didnt know which version to purchase this plus version or the older version. I am happy I purchased this one as it has updated features and is digital, cord is longer, more temperature options etc. But you would think your paying more so would get the accessories that come with the first one such as hair brush, clips etc but this one does not. But other than that so happy with this purchase as I never use heat tools due to hair getting damaged but this I will use as it is not as abrasive as your ghd, straightners etc. Definitely better than your standard straightener if you care about protecting your hair from damage.

I bought the Tymo Ionic Plus straightening brush to see what all the fuss was about. As you can see from the vids - results are impressive. Straightened my hair in 15 mins! But it was producing a lot of smoke, it could be the heat protectant burning out but it’s giving hot comb vibes. So although it works well and does the job really quickly, I won’t be using it too often because I’m scared of heat damage. PS I used it on the highest heat setting of 230 - tried using it on a lower setting and it just didn’t straighten as well.

Work ok, I wasn’t overly impressed. They do get hot , but really disappointing that you don’t get anything to place them on! I had to buy an additional product to put them down on whilst warming up , cooling down and in between using! They heat up fairly quickly. They are a tad on the bulky side and heavy, but quality is good. As I say it’s really disappointing it comes with nothing to put them in or on. They don’t work anything like straightening irons, which I have to use along side these, which defeats the object. Wouldn’t highly recommended these, stick to straightening irons they’re all you need.

It’s incredibly easy to use and heats up in seconds. Grip, size and weight is good even for someone with arthritic wrists. Grabs hair roots and ends giving an overall silky smooth finish to Afro curly, kinky hair (and no nasty burns 😍)! It’s a definite game changer for Afro natural hair straightening 🤩!

Excellent product highly recommend

Bought this less then 10 days ago, used it twice no problem. Worked wonderfully at only 160°c, hair was salon straight and smooth. Third time, I was mostly through my hair when it made a loud popping noise, turned off and no longer works. Very disappointing!

Super au final à remplacer mon lisseur, 😀j’aurais pas cru, mais si on l’utilise bien, on n’y arrive 👍 et depuis je trouve qu’il abîme beaucoup moins les cheveux qu’un lisseur. Le seul point négatif que je pourrais dire, c’est le poids un peu lourd.
