If your in the UK then stay away
I have tried to get support for this product and they say it’s from USA and there for your not covered. The product was sent out with a 110 PSU and so won’t work in UK. If you want to send back you lose the following .. Shipping cost and the tax to bring this product over to uk which was over £400 … this should be removed from amazon in UK or restrictions should be clearly shown … Ecovac have a lot to answer for…£1800 dead
